– 1 teaspoon chopped chives
Seasoning of the Beef
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– Pear juice
– 1/2 tbsp honey
– 1/2 tbsp garlic (chopped)
– 1/4 tbsp minced garlic
– Ground sesame
– Black pepper
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 2 tbsp mulyeot (starchy syrup)
– 1 tbsp refined rice wine
– Maesil Cheong
